**Terms and Conditions for 'Countertop Refresh' Offer**

1. **Eligibility:** This offer is available to residential customers within the state of California. Commercial and industrial properties are not eligible.

2. **Offer Period:** The 'Countertop Refresh' holiday season offer is valid from 10/16/23 to 12/31/23 and is subject to change without notice.

3. **Booking and Scheduling:** To avail of this offer, California residents must contact ApexWest Inc. to schedule an appointment during the offer period. All appointments must be scheduled at least (5) days in advance.

4. **Pricing:** The offer includes a discounted rate of 20% off our standard 'Countertop Refresh' service price. The final price may vary depending on the size and condition of the countertops. Additional services beyond the standard package will be charged separately. All prices are subject to California sales tax.

5. **Payment:** Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, check and all major credit cards. All payments are non-refundable.

6. **Service Duration:** The 'Countertop Refresh' service duration may vary depending on the scope of work. Customers will be provided with an estimated duration during the booking process.

7. **Rescheduling and Cancellation:** Customers may reschedule or cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. A cancellation fee of $49 may apply if proper notice is not given.

8. **Service Warranty:** 'Countertop Refresh' service comes with a one year limited warranty. This warranty covers workmanship and materials. Any issues arising during the warranty period will be addressed without additional charges.

9. **Limitations:** This offer does not cover pre-existing damages, structural repairs, or services not explicitly included in the 'Countertop Refresh' package.

10. **Service Area:** Our service area includes South Placer County within the state of California. Customers located outside this area may incur additional charges.

11. **Safety:** For the safety of our technicians, the work area must be free of clutter and hazards. Customers are responsible for securing any valuables and fragile items.

12. **Additional Charges:** Any additional services requested by the customer beyond the standard 'Countertop Refresh' package will be billed separately.

13. **Customer Cooperation:** Customers are expected to provide full cooperation during the service, including granting access to the property and ensuring the work area is clear.

14. **Privacy:** ApexWest Inc. respects customer privacy and complies with all relevant privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Customer information will not be shared with third parties.

15. **Force Majeure:** ApexWest Inc, shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

16. **Modification and Termination:** ApexWest Inc, reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

17. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.
